Who operates this site. DigiAccess is published by Authorspress, New Delhi, with Digital EFX as technical operator. This page is an index and discovery site - it lists the journals that run on the platform and links to them. It is not itself a place where you register, submit a manuscript, or make a payment.
Each journal has its own terms. Chirantan and Labyrinth each run their own account system and submission workflow, and each publishes its own Terms & Conditions covering exactly what applies on that journal's site:
Acceptable use of this page. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or use automated tools to bulk-harvest this page beyond normal browsing.
