DigiAccess itself (digiaccess.in) does not process any payments, purchases, subscriptions or charges directly - it is an index and discovery site linking to Chirantan and Labyrinth, each of which runs its own payment collection for Article Processing Charges (APCs).
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the journal that actually collected the payment:
- Chirantan's Refund & Cancellation Policy - Chirantan is currently open for submissions and collects a real Article Processing Charge on acceptance.
- Labyrinth's Refund & Cancellation Policy - Labyrinth is not currently accepting submissions and does not charge an APC or any other fee today, so there is nothing to refund.
If you believe you were charged directly by digiaccess.in rather than by one of its journals, please contact us via Chirantan's Contact page so we can investigate - this should not happen under the platform's current payment architecture.
