By using this site you agree to these terms, together with Labyrinth's Privacy Policy, Open Access and Licensing, and Refund and Cancellation policies. Where a topic is covered by one of those policies specifically, that policy governs; these terms cover everything else about using the site itself.

Who operates this site. Labyrinth is published by Authorspress, New Delhi, with Digital EFX as technical operator. The platform (its software, design and branding, distinct from the archive content it publishes) is Digital EFX's and Authorspress's property.

Reading the archive. Labyrinth's back catalogue is free to read, under the terms that applied at the time of original print publication, not a modern open licence - see Open Access and Licensing for what that means.

Accounts. Labyrinth is not currently accepting submissions, so most visitors need no account. Where an account exists (an editorial board member's profile, a reviewer's ORCID connection), you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use one account per person.

Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to bulk-harvest the site beyond normal reading and citation.

The platform "as is." We work to keep the site available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Digital EFX and Authorspress are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the effective date below reflects the current version.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with Madhya Pradesh (Digital EFX's registered state) as the venue for any dispute.

Contact. Questions about these terms can be sent via the Contact page.
