Submission templates

Preparing your manuscript

Download the manuscript template for your track and the title page template. Both are Word documents with Chirantan's styles already defined — use the named styles rather than formatting by hand, and delete the grey instruction paragraphs before you upload.

Manuscript template — academic (Track B)

For original research, review articles, case studies, short communications, book reviews and conference reports. Includes the per-type word and keyword limits, bilingual heading styles, verse styles for quoted originals, and the double-blind checklist.

Download (.docx)

Manuscript template — creative (Track A)

For poetry, short stories and reflective essays. Track A is not double-blind, so your name may stay in the file. Includes poem and prose layout styles.

Download (.docx)

Title page (both tracks)

Author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, biographical notes, the declaration of originality, and all other declarations. Always uploaded as a separate file from the manuscript.

Two files, always

Academic (Track B) submissions are reviewed double-blind. Your name, affiliation, email and ORCID belong only in the title page file, never in the manuscript itself — and Word stores your name inside the file even when it appears nowhere on the page, so clear the document properties before uploading (File › Info › Check for Issues › Inspect Document › Remove All). Each template carries its own checklist on the final page.
