Labyrinth (operated by Authorspress, with Digital EFX as technical operator) collects only what running the archive and its relaunch actually needs - never sold, never used for advertising or tracking.
Reading the archive. Labyrinth's archive of past issues is free to read; no account or personal data is required to browse or read a published article.
Editorial board profiles. A board member's public profile page (name, designation, bio, research interests, and any academic or professional links they choose to add) is entered by the board member themselves, via a private, emailed link sent only to that person - never entered on their behalf without their knowledge.
Reviewer identity via ORCID. A reviewer may optionally connect their ORCID iD to have a completed review pushed to their own ORCID record as a credited activity. This is opt-in and separate from any login; the platform never stores your ORCID password or access token beyond what the connection itself technically requires.
Submissions and payment data. Labyrinth's submissions are currently closed as part of its relaunch. No manuscript, payment, or Article Processing Charge data is being collected today. A full privacy update covering submissions and payment will be published here, matching the standard already in force on Chirantan, before submissions reopen.
Other processors. ORCID (identity verification, if you connect your iD) and our email provider (editorial notifications only - never marketing).
